1. Understanding the MetalBids concept:

    • MetalBids signs up International Supplier Agreements (ISA's) with Steel product manufacturers worldwide.
    • Agreements are signed to secure the authenticity and reliability of the suppliers.
    • MetalBids then contacts its buyers to sell the products of the Suppliers that have been signed up.
    • MetalBids appoints agents worldwide.
    • The Agents role it to get the International Supplier Agreements signed with steel product manufacturers in their respective countries.
    • Agents are entitled to receive a commission for every transaction that takes place through MetalBids and involves any Supplier that they sign up.
    • MetalBids online servers display all the products, pricing and specifications of suppliers signed up.
    • These can be viewed online on: www.MetalBids.com
    • Buyers can then review and select the products they want and request for a real time quotation.
    • Once the buyer agrees on the price, specification and terms of the seller, MetalBids arranges to exchange contracts for the transaction to take place.
    • All sales are commissionable to MetalBids payable by the Supplier. MetalBids then shares this commission with its agents that are involved.
